this ad is not meant for Advertising experts, Ad agencies, or Ads of the world commentators. If a common man who is looking for a job doesnt get it, then it failed. And i think it fails to impress a common man.

k so what the hell does a shirt have to do with changing jobs? is this some cultural thing where people are forced to wear stripes at work? 'Cause i think you can buy collared shirts without stripes... someone tell her before she tries to dig her way out...

I want this cool execution to have a full idea behind it not something flimsy

cheers,
dlue

Three years ago, a junior came up with the concept of "Job = Jail" and created a much better and well-executed campaign for Timesjobs when it was with another agency. I was there. And as it happened, so were several people who have since moved to JWT and honed their plagiarism skills.

Job = Stripe on shirt = jail?
Nahhhh! It's kinda tough to link job equal jail from the visual. There's no line to help anyway.

kinda hard to link together..
you have to force it up your throat to get it.. but I like the direction..

Stop Mediocrity. Start Creativity.
There are two kinds of people in the world; people who like mustangs (cool people) and people who like camaros (idiots).
