Absolute Last Minute Travel

Brief: Create attention and interest for the famous Swedish travel agency TICKET as a provider of Last Minute Travel.
Solution: We went for a creative media solution and created an ad were the person in the picture is reading the same magazine that the viewer of the ad is holding. The headline, Last Last Minute Travel, concluded the message.

i don't like it..cos it's weak. Without those words "This Ad..in this magazine', it fails to convey the essence of the last minute travelling thingy.

Well... on this site, you're looking at presentation, which, as you've brilliantly noticed, wouldn't make sense without "This ad in this magzine" description. But in the real life, people first looked at the cover of the magazine, then they bought it, then read it and somwhere in the middle they encountered the ad. It is really a great use of medium. It carries the message in a new interactive way. If print had any future that would be it.

what is it saying??? you read the magazine, then you see an ad where the "actor" in the ad is reading the magazine you're holding? so fucking what? "aaaaah i'm the target market"" the girl has the same magazine i do!!!" so what does it say about travelling?
