So? Is that a bad thing? How do you started as an art director? Not being a student? You started as a pro from the beginning? Where are you working? Where's your work published?

I agree. Everybody starts from zero. Nobody is a pro from the beginning. But for your big product campaign you won't pay a rookie who can't even Photoshop? Would you?
