three ads and all of the characters are males. Just caught my attention and I felt like there should be more room for female figures, specially in campaigns about our industry. After all, if I am not mistaken these ads were also written by a female.

Also I think an adwoman's struggle to balance her career and family would find a good place in this campaign. Most of us fail, let's face it.
