Looks like there are subtle images embedded in the facets of the diamonds that make the them/tell us a story, but it doesn't want to enlarge big enough. I can't comment based on that :-(

The idea is based on an old dogma; women have to sacrifice their principles and ambitions to end up with a pot of gold (read love).

Modern women are not even close to this. Oprah, Doctor Phil and a plethora of magazines have thought them to look passed the shiny objects that held them prisoned.

I think women -and therefore men- are more likely to invest in sincere romantics. One that is true to the core. One that's has been proven before it is being celebrated.

Am I the only one that can't enlarge this particular ad? It stays small for me :-(

Oi Bubble it will not enlarge to the extend we are used to on this site. That's correct.

Would help if I tell what images they used?

Okay here it goes: A guy developing a beer belly, a giant LCD screen showing a football match, stinking work shoes and last but not least a smoking cigarette in an ashtray paired with a glass of beer.

If a girl puts up with that for a lifetime the diamond will be here price. How precious love can be. Huh?

Diamonds are the ultimate gift this theme shop sells. They also offer matching coffee cups, weekend trips, poetry, etc.

See for yourselves:

Asian women are more submissive to their partners than their Western counter parts. It might be the reason why they choose this approach that would insult the average European or American girl.

the idea is things that are worth giving up in order to buy one. Beer, cigs, gut busting food, and that big flat screen tv you always wanted. It's a hard read in general.

Ohhh now I get it. I think I would have to give up a lot more for that ring. It should have been a comparison ad. Big rings vs. small what you have to give up to attain.
