Ivan. Why are these here???

Would you put your hand on your heart and honestly say that this campaign qualifies as being part of "the best and most interesting work worldwide". I personally disagree. Look at the handling of the typography and the layout. This is old school. Nothing new here. Even the retouching is average. Check out the BMX jump version of this campaign and you'll understand.

I admire what you do and understand that it would be a massive task. This is a fantastic site. You'll often see a piece here and a month later, see the same thing in ARCHIVE. Some things however just seem to slip through your radar.

Noted. Sometimes it's hard to judge.

Erm...

Like something RM would do.

What?

I thought there was going to be a clever pun on the cheesy photography, but no - it's straight up crap.

It will sell the product well. It is good. I don't think the purpose of an ad is to be brainy and admired by disgruntled CDs alone.
~~be cool eh!~~

I don't think the purpose of this site is to see ads like these.
These are the "bread and butter" and all of us do it in our agencies... but we don't post it here, period.

This series is horrible. They don't fill me with a feeling of nostalgia. They don't make me want to ski there. I'm left flat. Deer Valley has nice ads this year. Maybe I'll ski there.
