isn't this worsening the stereotype against people who are tattooed and pierced???
What stereotype? That they're desperate, stupid, and unemployable?

"I love some things, and don't love some other things."
yup! spot on
why is the tenant hiding the dark side? and what the fuck do they mean by this? are the landlords clean these days, innocent and pure? i dont like this ad at all and i find it offensive..

Horrible!
What is this? I don't even...
is that a floating leather jacket under the table, i know it's supposed to be on the bench but doesn't work. It's funny how his skin is so clear and light on the "good" side and darker and "rugged" for lack of a better word on the "bad" side.
Always try to be unique even when forced to conform.
another childish approach on evil and good images. How far can a professional services company go with serving prejudice (or worse having prejudice themselves)
besides i see a handy man fixing thins and caring other living creatures on the left side... (left is evil eh?)
I think anyone would think someone who dresses half as a nertd and the other half as a petrol head was certainly not good tennant material
hey thats n0t dark!
Isn't that wierd...two sets of ads that talk about the dark side in one day!
Take the guy out of the foreground, and the rest looks like most writer/artist partnerships I know.
So as far as the "dark side" goes, I just figure they're doing work so they can pay the rent. What's the matter with that?
This is really, really bad. Stereotyping people like this just doesn't work; it just serves to alienate people.
Why has the guy in the advert got tattooes all down his left arm in the background image, and none in the image at the front??
Bad idea, bad execution.

What the company does?
real estate i guess.. finding "good" tanents for the landlords
Hey! Black Labs are great dogs! ;)
Will Think for Salary
What are they trying to communicate?
it's funny how people react to it.
it really is wrong to stereotype. but i'm renting out a house in burlingame, and it really matters how the tenants look in my criteria for choosing. i guess i like my house and i'd like clean conservative people to live in it. it just makes me feel better. maybe the team should have skipped the tattoos and just left the messiness around him. that might get less people pissed.
this may be wrong, but no matter what, there is a lot of truth in it.
