comment on work,not on countries

There is nothing wrong making generalizations about a group. As long as you don't assume it's true for every individual who belongs to the group. You can say that adman are overworked. That doesn't mean all adman are overworked. But generally it's a fair observation. What do you think?
On the other issue, I agree, let's discuss the work!
of course there is nothing wrong about generalizations, but they shouldnt be so often, and they shouldnt be about nationalities in my opinion... this is an international community, where people all over the world communicate... we all should be more careful about our words... am I wrong? sorry if I disturbed you... it was not offensive... I just wanted to express my feelings...
about the ad :) it doesnt work for me...
Sorry for upsetting you guys, didn't mean to come off as racist, I'll keep my tongue tied... Just tired of seeing random ideas being posted, even if they don't cut average... Just seems like everyone is dumping their crap on this sight, and in return, some quality is obviously lost... I know, I know, "if I don't like it I should just unsubscribe." but I like this site, despite the awful stockpile of half decent work that's suffocating the little good produce that's out here. And I'd just noticed that the majority of the unworth is from India, with an exception of some good works, like that 2gig USB campaign...
