Nice. Very nice. Simple and lateral. well done
Ha ha.. I hope this dude is not the one who's supposed to save you...
funny. but you can't hope to be rescued in time. but it makes me smile anyway.
My thoughts exactly. It's interesting, but if you think about it for a second longer it loses its appeal.
Yep. You and mrtalented said everything about it. Nice, but just for one second.

there's place left for another logo in the lower right corner - so maybe he could be wearing a pair of nike running shoes
Haha. That would do just well!

haha, nice one.
Yep, that's what I thought. It's funny, but really... It makes no sense. This guy would never save you, and he wouldn't bother if he had to warn someone on the beach, unless... He really loves the binoculars and he's there just for the fun of it! :)
Yeah thats quite nice.

It's only an ad.

A good one.
I'm not a big fan, you shouldn't just show something clever for the sake of cleverness. This shows a negative product aspect. Take circular cutouts of microscopes samples and put them on product or something like that. I'm much more likely to associate that someone is of a lower intelligence for using long-range binoculars for a close-range activity than any sort of product benfit.

You must take ads more seriously than the average consumer. Its meant to be daft.

Wholy Phuk it's only an ad indeed, and a funny one too! Typical Aussie humour...
By phuk are you meaning the word "seal" in french? If so, that makes your comment even funnier.
I like this ad, it's kind of silly but I get it and it's a nice illustration of the products ability.
EXCELLENT!!!

Very nice.
They're not selling rescue services, but binoculars.
He's not supposed to save you, cause this is an ad, not a real sittuation.
stupid, offcourse it's about binoculars but the ad don't work cause of the saving life guard concept
Stupid is your mother
Stupid is who's mother?
You talking about mine?
She was kicked by a horse, so yeah she's stupid, but i still love her.
Doin' it for the points
stupidity is relative. but it's for sure that some of us could use a horse kick from time to time, too.
"Stupid is a stupid does" F.G.
