Looks like a dogs nose to me.
what I see is it is obviously a shoe...but how they have photographed it and positioned it, they have made it look like the back of a woman wearing a backless gown with a bunny tail (kind of like a playboy bunny) which is considered sexy - hence the tag line flat out sexy.

So you’re saying you think this ad is only about the shoe. In the other advert the shoes were photographed to look like city landscape, but this one is just a photograph of a shoe and you think it has no connection what so ever to the female form or the connection to the playboy bunnies?

Its a shoe, with a fur ball over the toe area... obviously, the angle and cropping of the image presents a different interpretation.. Good but the first one is the best!!
