It's obviously an exaggeration. It's a funny picture that makes you think "man, I wouldn't want to be this guy". When we start taking every ad literally and saying that the situation wouldn't apply to the real world, we hinder creativity way too much.
I like this campaign. Has somewhat of a "been there, done that" feel to me, but it's funny and eye-catching.

Amazing shot. I'm seeing a lot of ads on this site that have great art direction but the idea is only average. This is another one of those.
