The tagline, "The discomfort is not only yours," communicates that it's not only the person coughing who suffers, but the people who are distracted by the noise the coughing makes.
it's the most revolutionary add i have ever seen! i loveit!
it was disturbing and very awfull at the beginning, but then you understand that it's suposed to be that way... as a disturbing person (the same person) caughing in a awkward moment!
