i need your help. please explain me this one? i realy dont get it.
"Y Springfield"? was there before "HEY Springfield" ?
Didn't understand the connect between Springfield (I'm assuming this is with reference to the apparel brand) and Swirl...care to enlighten one?
Dusty Springfield was a singer. The next one is Ziggy Stardust, which is more of a giveaway.
So in German dust is "dust" or everybody speaks english. isn't it? At least in Düsseldorf.
In Germany speak english?
BAD!!!!
Divya Chadha
Jerry Springfield?
this is crap. shouldn't have even got a finalist at cannes.
this is soo full of shit.
who the hell is dusty springfield? even if he was known, this is horrendous.
It does not mean when you don't get it. It's a bad ad. It usually means you are not the target market! It was not intended for you.
If you were actually intellectual regarding ads...you would realize that the target market are mothers in their 40s to 50s who likely have heard of these people. Ranting about cannes winners does not make you one.
It's easier to criticize than to create.
Love your analysis..so true..dont criticize ads just as a print copy. art direction, or copy writing..consider the fact that they are supposed to increase awareness or provide the target market with some incentive to buy.
Not true at all.
