Someone mentioned that these have been done... I haven't seen them, I really like the idea. Archive worthy.

Does this glue make things nearly unbreakable after it is used?
These ads are very nice, but they are saying that the glue keeps the falling objects from breaking. (Minor detail?)

This Ad is saying this stuff stops it breaking, not that it's great at putting it back together!!!!

Wrong message. Flawed logic

I think that the message is that it safe the broken objects.
Gold for me. Lateral and very well executed.

I think it is all about the effect that product provides to those objects as the glue will save their lifes. Once I understand I found it very NICE.

Magnifica ejecucion. Direccion de arte y retoque especatculares. La idea muy gastada. El recurso de las figurillas o adornos para superbonder, es lo que era el fuego para la salsa picante.

I like the campaign, but the art direction could have been better. For this print, all the visual looks like it is made on clay. It needs more contrast between the pillow-vase and the flower. But it's still a good idea.

Doesn't matter if the art direction was done by Picasso, flawed logic and mental gymnastics murder it.

the logic isn't flawed at all.. you're just looking at it the wrong way. the message is that the product makes it so that it looks as if it never happened in the first place. it "saves" what wouldve looked broken. the message isn't that it stops it from breaking. i like the ballerina the most.

i like the ballerina most too.

That's the flaw,... that the product "saves", here was my thought:
save = prevent breaking e.g. put on your helmet before riding to prevent frm head breaking. In this case, put the glue FIRST to save from breaking = (false)

I see your perspective too: after using the glue, it looks as if it didn't break at ALL. It definitely works (a product exaggeration concept). I think the flaw is you don't put the glue on something BEFORE it falls, so that ceramics landed safely with the chute (ballerina looks all fine in one piece).
Yes, we can STILL pretend or make believe that the scenario happens hypothetically AFTER the ballerina crashes, right? but that's like assuming people believe: for having that glue, you can have all the more reason to drop fragile things in the house...it's okay to do tt, why? cuz they'll be in one piece again after applying loctite!! which is also true).
In other words: When they [use the glue] = porcelains, vase, ceramics will [appear unbreakable] (um...not the exact message you want to tell neither to trigger-happy kids nor their stressful parents).

there's another ad (same product) that really works, (one of my all time fav)
http://adsoftheworld.com/media/print/loctite_super_attak_plastic.
this ad says:
save = bring back to life e.g. AFTER your head splits into five parts, the doctor stitched them back, thank god = true.
In other words: They [use the glue] = things come [back to life] (become usable again) (sooo TRUE) : )

lol... another wonderful idea stolen from a person.

Well.. Only the parachute works, coz it's ATTACHED to the fragile object, symbolizing the cause-effect is both from the affected subject. haha

"like nothing happened" really clarifies the message. That's why we need a copywriter...

Better than the idea and the execution is the packshot placement. Great!
