The nice image is the idea. There is nothing else. That's what makes it good. Remove head from sphincter then comment.

This used to be the wallpaper on my laptop computer for a while! :)
So deceptively simple. Reminded me of Persil "bubbles" campaign from a couple of years ago when I first saw it.
