Yeah these ads appear to have a lot of "borrowed interest" copy wise from some past award annuals. I'll just leave it at that.

All 3 lines are old formulaic, and not that compelling a use of it. Sure, they're better than say Detroit car advertising, but it is a joypop client. Try doing something cool for insurance or motor oil.

I hope the cupcakes aren't as stale as these lines.

Mini Copper outdoor headline from 3 years ago was much better- "Sliced bread a nice, long run."

HAHAHAHAHA you guys are harsh, yet accurate. This ad sucks. I hate cupcakes now and I used to love them.

and the deadly sins headline is a ripoff of a harley headline: "you commit 5 of the 7 deadly sins just looking at it" all the lines are rubbish

Cupcakes are the most tempting, delicious-looking things in the world. When you have a product as seductive and gorgeous as that (for instance, devil's food topped with white butter-cream maple syrup frosting, lightly dusted with sprinkles) why in God's name wouldn't you want to show it in some interesting way? These ads, alas, do not make my eyes jealous of my tongue. The real thing does. Something has been lost.
