Wrong message to the wrong audience, you must be an animal to get any kind of sympothy, no one cares if people are suffering especially for something as trite as the freedom of the press.

••• Why Think When It's Easier To React •••

I don't understand the connection between freedom of the press and people being killed. Don't these sorts of deaths happen when journalists are on dangerous assignments? Seems like they kind of knew what they were getting into.

Doesn't look enough like a noose. Fail.
Too subtle. Fail.
Noose has been done a thousand times before. Fail.
"Over the past years" is ridiculously vague. Fail.

Doesn't look like a noose?
But noose has been done a
thousand times before?
Great comment, dude. Fail.

how to help? this ad gives no direction or any action for us to help.

interestingly, it doesn't look bad to me...
the copy and the visual goes hand in hand and makes a story...not too many element to distract the main message...
yes, noose has been used b4 but 'appropriate use' and 'repeated use' are not mutually exclusive terms...
bcause of the repeated use, i won't say its an 'out of the world' piece, but its good enough to tell what it meant...
