Classic films... I could identify clockwork orange (guys in white drinking milk), probably war of the worlds from the steam coming out of the pavement..
I picked up on a few film references. 'The Itallian Job' Minis in the background, 'Hurby' beatle, Taxi from 'Taxi Driver', 'Clockwork Orange' characters (in white), could be Superman in the phonebox, and they have to be the falling frogs from 'Magnolia', The only film I can think of with a chicken like that in is 'City Of God'
Someone post others if they see them. I can't think of the guy crossing the street at all.

"I'm going to speak my mind, so this won't take very long."
Crop duster scene from North by Northwest (the airplane) and the red balloon is from a french short film...called red balloon or balloon or something like that.
