Stella Artois: Falling

Stella Artois: Falling

Welcome to 1366. Over 600 years ago, people saw the world with different eyes. The risk of falling off the end of the world was an ever-present danger. So when the people os Leuven set out to brew the perfect beer, their long journeys to find the finest hops were considered an act of bravery. We still believe today what they believed back then. Perfection has its price.

good one... like the falling cows very much...

What? No-one ever believed this.

The end of the world was the horizon because you didn't know/couldn't see what was beyond it. It wasn't the end of land - people could just walk to where the land stopped and that was where, errm... the sea started.

yeah, the visual is great, i certainly agree. and then?
just one question: in 1366 we had stella artois?
sorry but this concept is weird for me. great visual with no concept/weight.

yes, stella artois exist since 1366...

isn't this taken from stella's website? and wasn't the site produced by Lowe London? if yes, then all the images were taken from the website and this has not much to do with Lowe Stockholm.

yes it's in the site (at least the idea is)... and a lot more interesting to watch, by the way.

interesting yes. but to me this site is a complete waste of money. they should spent it on a TV instead like they use to. would create much more than with this site.

the games don't work very well, by the way. it's more interesting that the print of course but agree with kateter.

Nice, very nice idd.

Excellent! I liked it most!

Think, Act, Invent.

"...long journeys to find the finest hops were considered an act of bravery. We still believe today what they believed back then. Perfection has its price." ??

That makes no sense, or is there something i miss? Nice Art, weak idea

Love the art, but the idea's a bit of a push. I don't see the link between being scared of falling off the earth then, and making good beer now.

Brilliant. If this is then, you are way, way back. Have you got a mirror?

Brilliant ad for a brilliant product. Nice one!

I think there are too many people that cant see or understand the real power of this ad.

This is REALLY cool work, I love it.

Well you are obviously possessing an insight and level of intuition which we lack. Please, PLEASE, enlighten us as to what is the "power of this ad."

I, personally, am agog.

yeah, built a little mystery around this product and at times of harry poter it must be a success. Well on the other hand I like it I must say. Some products need a story and beer is one of them...
