What the...? If there's something that makes the bike easier to ride ( giving you the feeling of a tailwind ), then mention it.
How is it supposed to be different to other bikes? Anyway, I think that's the missing piece in the idea.

I guess they meant that their E-bike is so easy to ride that you would feel like riding with tailwind (that's why tailwind inclusive)
