Again not better. Much worse and badly done

and it hasn't run!!

I have to agree that those are terrible in terms of execution. The student Photoshopped a couple Jill Greenberg photos and stuck a logo on. Big deal.

Guest commenter's picture

is it a bad thing to copy ads?

does the consumer care if it was done before?

who are we making the ads for?

all questions you should ask before writing a campaign off.

rutger's picture

If any one says it was already done one more time, i will go crazy!!

Ads that did not run DO NOT EXCISTS. Simply because if it doesn't run, it is not an ad. it is just a piece of paper in your book or on your wall.

Selling it to your client and getting it out in the world is HALF the job.

YOU IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guest commenter's picture

it doesn't change that it is not an original idea man.
here the creatives are just thieves.

that's the hard reality.
if you like an idea, try to do better, but don't copy it.

Rhialto's picture 21 pencils

How can you intentionally copy an ad that never ran?
Copying assumes that they have seen it, right?
how can they see something that has not been published?

But I don't see a copy here, if you ask me. The execution is just different
And more inportantly this is a much better ad in every way.

Guest commenter's picture

cause the student's ad ran actually.
it was published on many websites.
everybody can show his wwork on internet, you don't have to be an agency, try just to click on the forums link
<<<<<< here
their are many students work.
their ad were on adsoftheworld and many other adblogs.

it is the same idea.

I don't think this execution is better, I'd rather when the kids are crying even if the photoshop is not as good as a professional work.

anyway, don't hope a price with your copy dude.

welll done

Funny but why twice?

Jayz's picture

sorry guys but this bigger gum product isnt bubble gum!

it's just big gum, it got in their kids hair. its like the morning after, really.
like it! i've been there, going to be with chewing gum

clever!

Guest commenter's picture

I totally agree. You are right. this idea is smarter then just bubble gum in your hair.I have been there too. like it! And it looks great.

Funny!

Done or not done, this type of ad has been done to the bone. Exagerate the negative. Always works, but just is not very original.
