I like it. But why are there two towels? It would have been better with one towel directly under the tap, emphasizing the'maximum absorbtion'.

Because nowadays most new homes have two side-by-side sinks.

But a sink's job is not to absorb water, it's to hold dishes for washing. The product here is being compared to something with a totally different purpose.

Actually, a sink's primary job is to hold water, not dishes. You wash dirty dishes in a sink filled with water.

The absorbing ability of the cloth is being compared to the water holding ability of a sink, as in - retaining a sink full of water. And it's not literal, by the way.

It's very good idea. But I think the picture looks fake, the tap doesn't look like it belong there.

Really nice work, and a visual pun that doesn't make you groan.

The scene feels a little forced though, maybe it's just because the kitchen seems quite empty.

A good example of a solid concept (however simple) being brought to life.

Did this ever run though? Does have a hint of "award hunter" about it.

"stay low, move fast"

Doin' it for the points

Can't say I like this one much. The art is too slipshod. While the sink nicely reflects the towels, the sink doesn't appear to have the right shadows.

The other peeve I have about it is that I want to fill the sink with water so I can wash the dishes or veggies. The towels negates the abiilty to do that.

And as a home-owner, I feel that the sink placement is not practical. It's in a corner! I'd like to have some room while using it. But I guess that's beside the point for this piece.

I understand what it's trying to say on the whole, and I know I'm just nitpicking at it. But the problems are just so glaring to me that I wonder if the judges are going to notice it too.
