At first i threw up in my own mouth... but I do think its a nice idea, i get it. She is still going to need a lot of work on her boobs...
They are frowns. Both ads intend to use the unshapely body to be a frowning face. The chest are the eyes, the belly button the nose, and the stomach on both are frowning lips. Very clever ads.
