Simple. Nice.
Good attempt, but too hard to see. You see the dog just because you work in advertising and you have seen things like this before...a "normal" person would not see it/get it.

I could not see right away. But I get it.
I think I'd like this without the dog. It's nice and all, but I think it'd be more powerful to just see a complex satellite view of a neighborhood and then see the headline. It gives it more of that Gary Larson effect.
But by doing this in such a way, it's more campaignable.
You have to hate advertising in order to truly love it.
