I thought it was the same thought and then on reflection it is a bit different (I think).

This campaign says the air inside is as clean and fresh as the air outside. The CANNES ad says it takes the small outside the house.

Though concept is similar the art direction is superior to the cannes one. Its also no bad thing that the 'guy on the street' will get this as this will be advertised to the public.
