This is BBDO New York, guys. If you're not toootal rookies or executive brand managers, you can read Bill Bruce and David Lubars up there. I've seen these guys covering the stage at the awards gala in Cannes last year, as they do pretty much every year. but of course, you're entitled to an opinion. if that is to be counted as such, it's only up to you.
So what you're saying is: BBDO *never* does crappy work?
Gimme a break. If this is Cannes-worthy, then so's about 80% of everything posted at AOTW. This is just bad.
BBDO is capable of crap work just like everyone else. This is a so so idea that could have been saved by a great execution. This execution is not good.

Yes, the car stereo/exploding thing has been done before, but never like this. At least not that I've seen.
I think these are awesome. Also, I think many of the people who post at AOTW are hyper critical. I suspect that the target for these stereos would dig this idea and its executions. Well done.

Crap. Nice picture, a strategy which is totally obvious and a crappy line to support it. If it´s real work put it in the middle of the book, if it´s for awardshows send it in to the bin!
