it's an old bad breath joke.
Gives me the willies but I like it. BTW, this has nothing to do with bad smells or bad breath as some of you have stated. All the ad is saying is that with a better picture, you'll see that she has a fly on her face instead of a mole. You people are thinking way too hard. Flys don't just hang out on manure or things that smell bad. They also land on flowers, fruit, walls and windows.
Yep, there was always a fly in there but nobody noticed until you see her face closer in hd.

It's sad that so many people involved in Advertising and Graphic Design who writes stupid posts doesn't got a single spark in their brain to catch the sense of humor of a poster. Personally, I think the idea is great, original and it doesn't pretend to be more than "making people smile" when they see it. The art was perfectly done, in full screen, the fly seems like you could touch it. Great job!
