it's not a bad campaign. however, the positions aren't very organic, and their passion seems to be more for dance than hospitality. also, they really missed some pixels on this guy.

well... actually i don`t need any passionate action from the side of personnel staff. just do your job guys and do it from word to word. without any fucking passion. however the ad is nice but marketing strategy is wrong. and the photos are perfect of course
Sure they don't need to show you flamenco or some groovy moves. But when you're passionate about service, you do it with a smile/flair, etc etc. I'd prefer a happy porter over a grumpy one that says the words "Do you need help with that?" but in the tone like "Can't even carry your own shit, fuckface?".
Both are doing their job, technically. One (with passion) makes your day, one spoils it.
