end of joy, enjoy

end of joy, enjoy

hmm right, but cocaine (:

This can't be serious.

to me, having both, what looks to be, real cocaine (on credit card) and symbolic cocaine (the dress) in the same ad doesn't work, either use one or the other like that ad where the shoelace looks like a line of nose candy.

an EXTREMELY similar ad was featured in mario pricken's "creative advertising" book. the differences: it was an ad for shoes (she was snorting the shoelace), it was simpler and it was done first.

yeah, i remember that. but that one was obviously funny. this one is taking itself way too seriously like most fashion ads.

this ideas been done already with womens shoes, cant think of the client, but definitely done.

The most awful thing is the right girl's face...Uaaaghhh!!!
Young people can NEVER see that...

scuba steve, that campaign is featured in Luerzer's. The people are schnarfing the white shoe laces. I've seen it as well.

This is a blatant rip off.

Or it could be just coincidental.

I like the idea of this ad. And it's for fashion. Controversy is what they want. Isn't that how Benetton gets famous?

This is totally insane, absolutely ludicrous. How could Sisley let this run I hope it's purely a rejected concept.

Agree with Juancho, her face is utterly disgusting, what would her parents think!

IF YOU CAN WRITE SIMPLE ENGLISH, DON'T DO ENGLISH ADS! Ohhh, and don't do English typo ads as well! PS: However, I liked the 'dot' on the leftmost picture! Nice touch!

"Bowww Wowww"

DON'T DO ENGLISH ADS……

enjoy life, enjoy cocaine.

done to death

This ad is genuis. Sisley likes to push the envelope with advertising, and they have succeeded. And as for those of you who think Chase credit cards might sue, know that every use of trademarked material has been permitted by the company.

Statement on a fake Sisley campaign

20 July, 2007

In the recent days, images which are told to be part of the new Sisley advertising campaign have been published in internet.

One of these images shows some girls "sniffing a vest". The allusion to drugs and alcohol is more than clear. We would like to clearly state that the Sisley brand (and the Benetton company) has nothing to do with these images and therefore we refuse to be linked with them.

Please also note that these images infringe Benetton's rights in the Sisley trademark. Our Legal Department has therefore been retained to take all advisable actions to protect the company's rights and interests.

The next Sisley campaign will instead have a very special testimonial, Stephanie Seymour, worldwide recognized as an icon of fashion and beauty.

i have a feeling this will hold up as my favorite post of the day.

who could have actually believed that an ad with a spelling mistake would be made public? it's just stupid.

any smart person knows that a product or brand is never gonna make this type of advertising, I mean, who would actually like their brand to be associated with drugs? it's just absurd.

walk the line..

I agree with above this is an awful subject to choose in a fashion 'leader' ad. it sends all the wrong messages and will only get the womens lobby hitting out at irresponsible ads.

It fits previous shock campaigns

I fear we in the ad industry will suffer from such poorly thought through executions...

Hello! Good Site! Thanks you! pfqfpqzhopnswu

i think that tihis in not a adict ads.

yeah

i'm actually doing an essay on these ads ,believe it or not
