too bad that i saw one exactly the same (i don't remember the brand) but the situation was an opera house, the cleaning lady was using a very quiet vacuum cleaner in an opera house while somebody was singing on the stage... i agree there is such thing as simultaneous ideas, but it always looks like someone copied :(
