// Advertising is beautiful
Like it.

This is pathetic. Scotch tape is strong. Big fucking deal. Where's the insight? Where are the stunning visuals? Simple doesn't always equal good, let's get that clear.
What kind of stunning visuals do you need to sell tape?
meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.
go back to ad school.
Clever isn't clever. Simple is clever.
good work, beauty ...keep it up
I Like the way of thinking
Its fine, simple... i like this concept.
AJ

i like it... simple and gets the message across.
Very cool! Simple but with a funny and clear message. Well done! Tere
I know it seems like too much thinking but I immediately got the idea they bent it before and attached it to the wall afterwards. Therefore, it doesn't work for me. And I don't like the art work and the line either.
How do I fold the nail??? Driving it in, is easier by far...
The nail was bent by trying to hammer it into the wall. The wall was too strong. But you can ALWAY tape something to a wall is kind of their message.
this really is feeling like a very amatuerish forum.
whatever you say about this ad ignores one very key thing. its bullshit. a little exageration is good sometimes. but in this case i as a consumer dont believe the claim. bullshit kiddo!

good job guys!
there are few ideas like this left.
I really don't think it was about being strong. Imagine trying to hammer a nail into a wall that is impenetrable, then just taping it up instead. I think it's just a joke that tells you to tape stuff up that can't be hammered into the wall. I really didn't get strength from this at all, I got "alternative to nails and wall punctures". But that's just my take; I could be waaaay off.
I think we're missing a sense of reality here. Why would you tape a nail to something? It would be different if this were an actual test one could perform, but this entire setup is too unrealistic to get the message across.
Cool. Nice thinking indeed. Not what you would do, but you could. Good idea. The Systematic Inventive Thinking has detected the 'Promises To The Extreme' approach as one of the formulas for award winning ads. Take that Volkswagen's Grand Prix at Cannes in 2004 for example. Sometimes less is more.
pl get a sense of humour all of u!a little laugh ain't killing no one
very very very good idea
