Take out "Foot Odour?" and see what happens? You let the reader solve it, you don't force it down their throat. They'll even feel intelligent for getting your "inside joke". One shouldn't assume the customer is a moron.

Seen these kind of concepts before. There was this ad where a sock puppet was used and the child turned green. NOW THAT was good. Instantly understood what it meant.
