There's something a little misleading with the way her legs are up in the air and the one doctor squirting that serum out of that syringe.
Bath yourself in gold-dust then i'll believe you're filthy rich.
This is just sad. Great idea; lousy, lousy execution.
I believe the word you are looking for in your headline is 'worse'

Why the hell are her legs up in the air? From far away I thought something between her legs was squirting into the ocean. Or she has a really bad hangover and is crossing her legs to keep diarrhea in. The illustration is also awkward. It kind of looks like he's pitching something into her vagina. Visual doesn't work at all. That with the copy error = sucks bad.
Ok, she looks like a mermaid stripped off her tail and the ghoulish docs are sent by the gods to cure her.
I think it would have been much effective if they actually had real doctors, and then just fade them out...rather than these sketchy ghostly looking drawings of them
