A. The CD or AD was involved in some project using 3D software.
B. The 3D artist must have been working on some skin texture of a 3D character
C. Both CD & AD notices the way how its been done.
D. EUREKA! says the CD or AD : Why not use the skin texture for an ad?
E. CD/AD: Picture ready... done if copy is been slapped on the visual.
F. CD/AD: Cool.. lets send it to ADS OF THE WORLD

Point: What about the backside of the head... I mean hair?
