A better way to do this and not completely insult the female gender would be to show men and only men in situations that might take place in the world of golf. For example, lining up to get into the event. Watching a drive all looking in the same direction. But it's always men. There's not a woman in sight.
Is anybody curious why the woman is "driving" off the green. Where is the putter? I think the reason the guys have bandages on their heads is because it is an "amateur tour" but nevertheless not a good way to invite the real target market (women) to watch or go to the event.

I'm not a scientist, but I'm pretty sure the best way to get people to come to your event is to promote its positive aspects. Rather than make fun of it.
It's like having a Pavarotti concert and swinging your creative on the fact that he's morbidly obese. [yes, and I do understand he's no longer with us][rest in peace, pav].
Golf actually stands for Gentlemen Only Ladies Forbidden, so this is an angle they could have taken and turned on it's head!
