Wonderful idea....and great execution. While this is a great ad, I feel as if it misrepresents the business. Its an illustration business....illustrations are usually very vibrant and dynamic, neither of which is embodied in this advertisement. I'm not saying it has to be illustrated, but it SHOULD NOT look like a bank advertisement.
Maybe what they should have done is to illustrate the flattened section of the image. I also think the ad would be more dynamic if they brought it closer to the picture pane and tilt it to give it a stronger sense of perspective.
Great idea though.

Get the feeling that they put anything on paper disregarding everything else, like nature, I know, dinosaurs are extinct (except in our imagination).
If it takes crushing to put them on paper, I don't buy.
Also reminds me of deforestation in Amazonian and other forests and of the fact that we are polluting the planet.
The fact that the illustration "on paper" is less rich than the one yet to be "crushed" doesn't help.
yeah i got the exact feeling. maybe it's because we see a work mahcine and forest together. the overall image doesnt give a positive feeling.
