the main idea is that if your skin tone is pale (bright or nearly white) you urgently need a vacation
the lower text near the brighter tone of skin color means "Ho My god - are you still here???
the upper text for the darker tone of skin color is "you can take a vacation on your free time" (there is no rush)
translation to all text from the upper to lower:
1. you can take a vacation on your free time
2. someone is sitting in front of the computer too much
3. it seems like you collected to much un-used vacation days
4. do you at least go out to launch sometimes??
5. you should be ashamed to come to work like that !
