Nice idea but what they are showing is a couple that are missing their Christmas meal because they're crap quality Renault broke down. That's anti-branding

No, the way they're showing is a couple who found some one to help and repair their car, even on Christmas night, when no one else works. So they'll be able to continue their trip and get to the place where they'll have their "Christmas meal". That makes the brand unique because gives you an special service if you need it.
