if I understand this correctly the message is 'donate blood. you too might need it one day.' and if that's the case, why isn't it more obvious. headline sounds really confusing.

turning the poster to the side is smart, but it's not exciting enough of a twist.

maybe donating blood in china is a novel thing. not being rude. maybe it needs to be really rudimentary. here's what happens when you give blood.

hmm..

give blood and take blood. viva revolution.
rotate left and right this ad... it's a good idea.
but i don't like china turns to 'right'.

...at least the Art Director is good looking (I hope).

smart... good work

Ivan turned down my IV ad, and accepted this piece of, uh, garbage?

What's up?

(Or in this case, sideways.)

Love you though, Ivan. This really is one of my fav sites.

I think is good and simple.

The guy is rasing up his hand as a voluntary.
Not more than that, but is nice.

voluntary? and the alternative? getting forced to donate blood?:)

I feel the idea is too old. And the headline isn't simple.

What i get from this is:

If you look at the ad in a landscape layout, you're donating;
If you look at it from a portrait perpective you're receiving.

Kinda confusing, but not badly thought

smart stuff!

did they actually stick a needle up this guy's arm just for this photo?
