the idea reminds me a good worked made in Guatemala for Alka-Seltzer (don't have the reference, sorry)
the line is kind of poor, i wold like to read somethine more..... nice.
also, the art direction is a little bit "junior".
Besides, it should have some "ornaments" around... like bread or the freaking apple on it mouth.... wahtever. It looks like I DON'T FEEL TEMPTED AT AAAAAALLLLL".
