I understand this ad wants to make some turning point somewhere between that road sign and the copy, but for me it's not fully working.

I think it works. Nice idea
Nice try but these don't work for me either. So so ideas like these (personalizing street signs) don't need to be take up so much space in the ad, it's like being too proud of something that's just ok and not great or even good. I would put different copy because the one used now is "first thought", something harder to understand to challenge the reader to get the ad and the importance of using this service. Maybe show a sign that says hospital and underneath (a good father is there when his son is born). I also don't like the tagline "we fix you" how do they fix ME?

I tink it's simple enough. Ppl are trying to make things to complicated and scientific or w/e. It's good.
