Like the concept of making furniture a lot more personal, by making it part of experiences. Only the ad itself is maybe a little cold.. Some color would help a lot.

Agree with you there, the ad it's quite cold. It has a lot of potential to explode but goes only a 25% of the way. Seems, to me that, the whole campaign fails to generate any emotion at all. A shame for isn’t Saatchi & Saatchi the main promoter of Lovemarks?
