So what you are saying is that the take-out in the mouse execution is 'quiet hinge'? I'm pretty sure the animals represent the noise that the old hinge would make without Q20 lubricant.

You're probably right. But in isolation, there is no reason this ad can't be suggesting a stubborn hinge – or a noise-making hinge. That's my main problem with this campaign, it is open to (mis)interpretation, particularly if you've only seen one ad. It needs a line to make it clear.
