not saying this doesn't look cool or grab your attention, but who uses CRT monitors anymore...its kinda like ads that use Polaroids as the image metaphor...no one uses those...but this is eye catching, and kudos for try8ing to squeeze fun out of the office.

I think this visual would be better for head hunting agency, with the taggline "When talking to your employes just won't help" (call us, we will find replacements)

What JAO said above. Also: "synchronise" might be an idea next time you're doing an ad with a clock and a watch showing different times.
