NOt sure what to give this. Points for oddity? It tells me nothing about Poland other than they produced famous people, and they are plumbers.
Maybe this will tell you a little bit more...short indispensable for visitors. ;-)

Los que permiten subir piezas gráficas deberían elimiar las gráficas que son copia., auqnue tengan buen arte y en eso destaquen, deberían eliminarlas del archivo para detener las ideas repetidas y fomentar la búsqueda para las nuevas ideas,.

well I doubt this will work to attract tourists to Poland. I still remember a very old ad for a Polish bakery in USA saying "if your national food is cabbage, you really have to make exceptionally good desserts" (god, I'm old! :/) that ad made me want a small gourmet bakery trip to warsaw. and I am sure there's much to praise in poland. this, however says nothing...

reasons to go to Poland:
1.great nature - thousands of lakes surrounded by old forests (Mazury and Warmia),primaeval forest with bisons (Bialowieza), many more
2. to try wodka (not vodka) in country of its orygine
3. good beer, decent cuisine (try bigos, pierogi, barszcz biały, barszcz czerwony - warning it is not low fat)
4. historical buildings (Krakow, Gdansk, Wroclaw, many more)
5. nice people :)
6. beautiful girls, handsome man

Also I forgot to mention, why didn't u mention Kieslowski in this ad? the guy practically made a trilogy about the colors of French flag. ;)

This campaign is OK for the target markets. They'd get it(vide some french comments). The flag idea here is working much better then many other visual gimmicks I've seen. I haven't seen the Chile/USA one so not sure about similarity.
Here it makes sense: important piece of culture of other countries has been influenced by Poles. Some may not even know (e.g.Bobski the Builder, many Brits thought or still think it is genuin English. Because of our history we were escaping Poland for other countries and achieving quite a lot. Great comment on Kieslowski! I bet there was a reason not to include him here, I doubt anybody would forget him.
Someone put here a list of reasons to go to Poland. Well that is quite too obvious and not as appealing anymore. Pierogi and Bigos are good but there's more to Poland then just nice views, old buildings and hot girls(well maybe a bit more ;). And this campaign is trying to say it. Maybe not in the greatest way ever but clear enough for some to discover/learn something about our country.
