Why is the inside of the pear red, almost bloody??? Yeah, definitely a better art director was needed. Word of advice for the next AD - Buy the fruit first and take a bite before you airbrush!

the apple makes more sense. I always eat pears when they are soft inside. When they come straight from the store they are hard indeed, but not tasty to eat at all, so you wait...
