To me, this design can work with your target audience if they already knows your brand; it has taken from me about 30 seconds to understand that you are making water pools. And yes I think it was nice to make modern & classy furnies; because I am sure your buyers are A class. So good work with semiotic system! Only one thing I have a problem with in that; you have to be sensitive to features of the data to create a useful visualization; certain structural features are not obvious, and it even less obvious which of them are the most important! and that's why we have some people confused here about your message!
Your concept can work better on magazines as it needs sometime to check on it's elements, and i guess adobe garamond can work better for your ad, because that serif font right there is not classy at all, beside it is not readable. (Note: readable refers to readability of your font).
