'Copywriter required' is the only copy required, surely? The way it is at the moment makes it look like my ideas will get diluted if I apply ... (which might be the reality of our lives, but if you want a creative copywriter, be brave in your own ad)

Why add the "just kidding."?? Not only does it sound pathetic, an abrupt end to the already awkward flow, but why not have a 'write off' for the job?
Then again, this entire ad is perhaps evidence that Pirana (was the agency named in the 80s?) is indeed in desperate need of a copywriter.
Maybe even five.
Liked the conversational tone of the copy.
"Advertising sucks... ever so gently."
