anyone remembers the german campaign "only the good potatoes" with potatoes representing ghandi, mother theresa etc.?
it's exactly the same idea, but was first and is even much better.

Ah cut them some slack, will you, who ever said ideas are newly born anyway... These aren't exactly the best ads to come out of this century, but one must admit, it's a unique way to sell off eggs, even if the idea is slightly similer to the potato campaign. Personally I consider the potato idea as significantly weaker, I DON'T reckon Ghandi, mother Theresa etc. would have squealed at the thought of being likened to potatoes.

iT-iS-i, like an upside down ! mark.

nice AD. but that being said, these are completely ridiculous.

Why would you ever equate your product in any way to a negative world figure? You're selling eggs here. You're not making a politics infused statement. For a light-hearted subject, do light-hearted work. These, in no way, sell this product to me.

Spanky's picture 2023 pencils

i would bet my left nut these never ran. it's a bit of a giveaway when the art director is the illustrator. that and when you have osama bin laden in an ad for eggs.

Nthngmn's picture 632 pencils

completely agree

Hullo. Is Osama history already? Good idea. Lazy extension.
