Old concept... the other one works better.

i don't get this. what is that, a bowling bowl?

It's a paperweight--small heavy object (usually made of glass or crystal) meant to hold down loose paper on your desk or on a table. So the idea is that the product is so "light" that it needs to be held down by the paperweight.
This ad just doesn't have any wow factor or punch in it. They could have tried to exaggerate the "light" idea more. This could have been funny, but *meh* it's mediocre at best.
